I went via right move to show interest in a property and normally with other estate agents by the time u clicked submit they're calling for your details but nothing. I rang twice on Monday and seems they were so busy they couldn't call back, rang again the next day to be told the house was no longer for sale. They haven't even shown an interest in gathering info on what I'd like. After the little interest shown in me, I wouldn't use the company to sell a property. Regardless of whether a sale maybe going through customer service is very important. I do however want to thank boydens for contacting below and apologising.... Read more
