I am a first time buyer so no previous experience about getting an state agent appointment, viewing itself is totally a new experience for me. I was bit nervous on the day of my house viewing on the top tensed about how I will manage to view three houses in 45 minutes without any personal vehicle. In my first property viewing I explained my situation to Jack and he was very kind and helpful. He gave lift to me and my husband and showed us all three properties. It was a great experience. Being a first time buyer I asked so many questions to Jack but he was very nice and polite in answering all our questions. DO NOT RENT 8 AWGAR STONE ROAD. The house was in awful shape and the landlord is not returning my deposit claiming there is damage which I didn't do. Chancellors did not do anything to protect me. I was left without heating over the Christmas period and forced to pay the full rent of 1500£/month... Read more

If I was able to put no Star, I will do that. 0 star This is the worst agency ever, every time when I have a problem or an emergency they send me from on person to another person, they will take few days or few weeks to do something. I suppose to have an inspection this week, I take a day off extra to be able to be home, they changed to next week and day say I just send you an email about the day and the hour, I didn't get any emails, I call them every day to ask about the email and still nothing after 4 days.... This is a review for Bella Vickers who helped us find our next home. We first met Bella in Jan 2024 when we viewed a property on Old Road. We submitted an offer but alas we were not successful. Bella was very professional, polite and provided answers to all our questions. Subsequently we viewed several properties with Bella. She sent email notifications of properties that matched our brief, and very importantly called us when the final property we have offered on became available unexpectedly. Jack Williams has been a fantastic agent for us. Throughout our search he has been professional yet personable, knowledgeable about properties we've viewed and our search area, and excellent at engaging and communicating with us at every step of the process. When we had a bump of a property we had had an offer accepted on being withdrawn from the market by its vendors due to an unfortunate change in their circumstances, he made sure to call us straight away when another property that fit our specs became available, and was diligent in getting our questions answered so that we were armed with all the info we needed at the viewing in order to make an offer among a competitive field. And with credit to his communication and advice, we are very pleased to have had an offer accepted.
