I've been renting through Handles Property Management. The team ( Charlie ) is always responsive and professional, and they've been quick to address any maintenance issues that have arisen. They also do a great job of keeping me informed about important updates and events related to my property. Overall, I highly recommend Handles Property Management to anyone looking for a reliable and responsive property management company.

Fiona Miles is an excellent agent! She has been very kind and helpful to us throughout the renting process and during our stay at our current flat. I’ve been staying at Station House managed by Handles Property and have had a brilliant living as well as customer service experience. There have been none to minimal maintenance issues and Handles have always been very prompt in resolving them. Their customer service via email has been excellent, especially during my interactions with Daniel. I highly recommend Handles Property to anyone looking for accommodation in Leamington Spa!

I engaged Oliver Knight to help with my property and my request was not usual one. Not only did I want to sell the property but also needed help with refurbishing. The finished results vastly exceeded my expectation. Oliver put together a team of high-quality professionals, designed a new layout, and selected all the fixtures, down to the paint colour and carpets. In addition to this Oliver made some good suggestions about the Camino Gardens and again oversaw landscaping, which dramatically improved the appeal. As if this wasn’t enough, there were also issues with other flat owners not paying their service charges and of course Oliver came to the rescue, setting up meetings and straightening everything out before we sold the property. I cannot thank him enough.

DANIEL was super helpful and kept us up to date all along the way! He was super informative and got us our first home and we collected the keys and everything within an amazing time frame! Great response times and friendly staff. Mark recently resolved a matter in next to no time; really professional and friendly and armed with the information to provide the solution- you can't ask for more and this really furnishes the added reassurance I need as a long standing tenant. Handful of thumbs up to Mark and the team- additional thumbs up for his great pair of brogues shoes too :)

I lived in a room rented from Handles property for 7 years. They've been super helpful and kind over the years. We always found a solution for any problems may have came up. Had a cleaner, a gardener and 24/7 maintenance. Awesome letting agent, highly recommended!

Anyone looking for an estate agent for the purpose of selling buying, letting or property management look no further than Handles Property. I have been using this company for at least eight years and I can say all my experiences have been top class. I have dealt with Grant and Mark Wadsworth in particular but all the staff I have had contact with in particular the the two I have named have been friendly, helpful, very informative and professional. I fully recommend them and this company.
