Couldn't write two reviews but.. Review 2024: Best Estate agents in Brighton & Hove hands down. Been in Brighton renting for 11 years and can truly say they are the best by far, lovely people and quality service in lettings & sales! Rented my last property for 3 years though King and Chasemore in Coastal place. Not had many issues but when something broke they were very pleasant and useful to work with. Review 2021: Excellent experience finding a place to rent through King and Chasemore Hove, staff really friendly and responsive, no time is wasted stressing. Would recommend anyone who is looking to rent or buy to pop in or look online.... Read more

Stephanie Pullen, the Senior Lettings Manager at Hove, has been very proactive, both in contacting me initially and throughout the process of finding us the tenants. Despite the property already being marketed by another agency, I agreed that Stephanie could market it too. She really has excellent persuasion and influencing skills. The property was advertised on the very day of my instruction, very quick and efficient. I was very pleased when true to her word, she found me a tenant within the first few viewings, within a day of the property being marketed. When there was an issue with the initial agreed tenancy, she found us another tenant within a day of the property re-marketed. She let me know of the fee at the onset and there were no nasty surprises. She did everything she could to liaise with me and satisfy all my requirements including certain changes to some of the documentation requested, which resulted in a lot of back and forth with her internal teams. She also ensure that I was paid the correct amount and chased the team to ensure this happened. Overall I am very pleased with the service provided by Stephanie and I would be very happy to use her services again. I highly recommend her.... Read more
