I’ve had a mixed experience with KFH in the past as a renter (with different branches) but my opinion has been completely changed! I’ve bought my first flat and Terry has seemed to be the only person as motivated as I am to get the process completed. Always updating me or having his colleagues do it when he’s on leave.
