Please do not use their services. They are liars and cheats. Their senior negotiators have no ethics and tell you “white lies” to just ease of a situation. We had put down an offer and the negotiator led us on and told us he could bring down the price at a said amount and made us move forward with an offer. Now he takes a U turn saying he was fairly confident which was false. This was after we confirmed twice if he had spoken to the landlord on lowering the price. He then has the audacity to phone me and tell me that the landlord wants to wait on his original listed price. Right after he hangs up, next minute I can see that the property reads as “Let Agreed” on Rightmove!! Absolutely terrible people! Avoid at all costs. They are not at all working in your favor. Totally get that this is a cut-throat market but one cannot stoop so low. Shame on them!... Read more

This review is my my personal experience which will hopefully help other tenants to avoid a similar situation. Throughout our tenancy our needs had been continuously neglected, any fixtures prolonged for months, at the lowest point leaving us without a fridge for 6 months (!!!!) at which point we had to raise an official compaint to the seniors of the agency. Our requests to return the deposit were ignored, forcing us to raise a dispute. In the dispute they accused us of breaking window blinds (we had been asking them to fix those blinds for months before the end of our tenancy all of which was documented), and the dishwasher (while also submitting the evidence that the dishwasher was in good condition upon our check-out). We won the dispute, because they had no grounds of keeping it, but the amount of time that had been wasted on this will not be possible to reclaim. For future tenants, make sure you document everything before moving out - ensure that any unfixed things are signed off of your liability in written form, taken photos of empty cupboards and rooms etc....
