My partner and I rented a flat in Fulham from Martin & Co in November. Though the flat had many issues to begin with that needed to be resolved, I am giving them 5 stars due to the tireless work of our property manager, Francesco Moretti, who swooped in and ensured everything was dealt with swiftly and easily (for us, not for him!), which involved him constantly emailing and calling the council on our behalf, really advocating for us, all the while keeping us updated and making us feel heard. These issues did get resolved thanks to his work, and we are now really settling into our flat. I have rented a lot in London and know what a pain it can be to deal with distant landlords/property managers, but this could not have been farther from our experience with Francesco. Would 100% rent from them again due to this experience!

Francesco manages our property, he was a fantastically friendly and attentive chap from the onset who has worked with us and our landlord to address issues promptly and effectively - he’s a truly valuable addition to the M&Co team and we’re glad to have him!

I was very surprised by how friendly and helpful the team at Martin & Co was. I heard some of horror stories from friends about agents doing everything in their power to make tenants' lives miserable... I consider myself lucky to have found this agency.
A few positive examples:
- they had my washing machine replaced in no time and without complaining when it broke down
- they were always very responsive whenever I had an issue
- very respectful of my own time and schedule when they were showing the flat
- and they returned the FULL deposit very quickly and without putting up a fight.
The last point to me would be the selling point.

I can highly recommend Simon Stilwell and his team at Martin & Co. Chelsea. For our recent property purchase, they provided a superb service with excellent advice plus all the necessary professional contacts (who were also of the highest standard). Our transaction required from Simon and team, a considerable amount of their time and patience- which they all provided wholeheartedly. Had a great experience w Martins. Harry was my letting agent and was great. He was right on top of quite a tricky brief which involved finding renovators in a short time frame as well as being across suppliers and of course the rental side. The flat is now rented for a good rate and with a v good management deal w Martins so I am happy customer!

I really appreciate how Simon Stilwell helped me on my purchase of the property. It was all in a hurry but everything went well! He was very patient when answering my questions and helping me to negotiate with the previous owner. He did all he could do to make this a satisfying purchase experience. The best agent I could ever get, thanks a lot for all his effort.
