Had a valuation done on our house which was very helpful as we are planning on moving. Philip was friendly, professional and gave good advice. Will definitely be using The Rogers Partnership when we sell.
We put our house on the market in April 2023 and despite a difficult time for selling houses Philip did an amazing job and found us a buyer. He was extremely helpful in dealing not only with our buyer but also with the estate agents of the house that we were buying which resulted in our move in mid December. Can't thank Philip enough and would recommend The Rodgers Partnership to anyone selling or purchasing a property.

Excellent professional Service! Philip was super helpful in guiding us through the process of selling our home. Both Philip and Rosie did a great job in keeping us informed and the communication was first rate which helped our peace of mind.
There were a few moments of worry following the mini budget changes by the government, however it felt like Philip was on our team and reassured us during that stage of the process (and our buyers said they also felt the same!) to get clear advice and keep us informed of how things were progressing.
Overall we were very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend the Rodgers Partnership!
