Recently purchased a property which turned out to be trickier than expected. Shonki Bro (Gav) was very helpful and guided the process, he is clearly experienced in the field, particularly when things are not as straightforward. Communication was strong and always returned phone calls / emails making it very easy as it required back and forth with the seller.

Rude. Horrible. Allow people to live in houses full of mould. Send rude people to houses to abuse the people there. Awful people to deal with, don’t care about anyone but the money they make. I would give zero stars but it’s not possible, but 1000% do not recommend.

Dealing with Shonki Bros was initially a good experience. Unfortunately a fact that I had to ask numerous times for electric meter refund was really disappointing.

Shonki Bros helped us auction our student let investment property.
Previous selling agents had been unsuccessful in getting to the finish line.
Gavinder was informative and knowledgeable about the whole property market. He made the sale seem effortless. He was with us every step of the way and achieved our asking price at the auction.
The whole process from start to finish was easy and very straight forward.
