Wilkins, well what can I say… you have made our dreams come true and we are in our dream home. All of you at Wilkins have been so solid with communication and understanding through every step of the process. The WhatsApp group I found was an excellent way to connect and keep updated on both sides with the selling of our property. The wonderful dream team Kim and Samiya for their professional, friendly and knowledgeable approach to each potential buyer was flawless. To Grace and Beth who kept us in the know with the legality side of things and to the main man Sean for making this happen for us- what a top guy, never a question to much and always had a positive attitude and always on hand to help with anything.
I can honestly recommend Wilkins to anyone who is interested in selling or buying a property (I already have sent a few my way)
The best in the business, making big moves and changing the game in the property and estate agent industry.

Great family run business they take pride in getting you the most for your property and being reasonable. Special thanks to Sean, Kimberly, grace and samiya, plus all the others working behind the scenes. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Having used other local estate agents and been unsuccessful Wilkins was recommended to us. Sean and the Wilkins team were really proactive and transparent. Within a week of being on the market Kim negotiated a sale for us. Kim, Grace and the rest of the team kept us regularly to date about the progress of our sale. We are yet to complete but so far we have been very happy with Wilkins. They are super responsive, one thing that was lacking when we have sold/purchased before.

Wilkins have been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Sean and the entire team had worked incredibly hard and were in constant communication with providing updates. Beth assisted us with the letting of a flat in Sutton. From start to finish the service has been fantastic. From the initial contact through taking great photos and doing the viewings to sorting the lease with the chosen tenant. Wilkins are a younger, more modern agency, extremely proactive with fast communication. Would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

all smiles and freindly on first visit to house.made an appointment to discus forward planning arrived for said time sean then started to shout accross the room saying what can i do for you in front of the other staff .he came up with an excuse of what we had previously discussed asking other member of staff to confirm that bye the bye Sean has come back to us with any other proposals 2 weeks later .i would not recomend this company under any circumstances

From the very first meeting with Wilkins their personal approach allowed a thorough understanding of the process.
The team are very professional, diligent and tenacious. Nothing is too much trouble. We would highly recommend them.
