Really rude staff on the phone. Property has a for sale board outside which I called to enquire about.
For sale board has been there for a few weeks now, but no advertisement on the website or any of the property search engines. Called to enquire and was advised this property is not for sale at the moment due to missing paperwork. I politely advised that this is misleading and to feedback that the sale board should be removed if the property is not for sale. Agent on the phone said thank you for your feedback, did not let me continue and disconnected the call.
Happy to take money but clearly not happy to take some constructive feedback.

Very slow at everything and cannot seem to close deals.
Had to cancel and re-start house hunt and currently awaiting refund on deposit from William H Brown, which again is very slow to process. I was told the reason is they are too busy.

Really helpful staff, spoke with a really helpful agent called Mia who gave me some really helpful advise and answered all of my questions regarding starting to look at properties with my partner, really reassured me about the process as I was extremely overwhelmed about the idea! This letting agency is a huge letdown! They keep saying they'll get back to me, but it's all talk and no action. Whenever I call for an update, they just hang up on me! Seriously rude!
They don't seem to care about their customers at all. Who treats people like this? Save yourself the headache and don't bother with this agency. They're unprofessional, unreliable, and disrespectful. I'm warning everyone I know to stay away from them. Find a better letting agency that actually gives a damn about their clients.

Maddy came out to put my house on the market . What a fantastic estate agent! She was clearly very good at her job and knew it inside out! She was by far the best person to deal with in the office. She was perfectly professional and kept me informed all the way. She helped me sell my home very quickly and nothing was to big or too small for her to handle. Such an asset to this company. Would highly recommend and trust her again! I wish I could give her more than 5 stars ????
