5th Mar 2024 (11 weeks ago)Terrible service from DavidLee, would not recommend them to anyone. Staff were rude and unhelpful and caused unnecessary stress to the sale of my property. Do not use DavidLee if you want a simple transaction to go smoothly!

Communication could have been slightly better following viewings even when feedback was not forthcoming or negative, but to know that at least then you weren’t left wondering . Since an offer has come through and now having a designated person to support the process from then on, communication has been excellent. The lady designated to support the process following the offer has been extremely helpful- 11th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!! The Agency is very cheap and greedy. They don't give the property in clean and maintained way and expect tenant to manage and keep it maintained. An example is attached. This is how they have handed over the garden at the time I moved-in to property. I have raised concerned before tenancy process, over the phone, Justine has agreed that the owner will do the needful before I move in. At the time of key handover, I again raised the concern. She said, she will speak with the owner and do the needful. And after a month, when I am following up about the status, the property manager Duncan is straight away rejecting it and saying it in not in there record and since I agreed with the tenancy, it is my responsibility to clean it and maintain it. The previous tenant is also working with me. They have charged £600 for carpet cleaning and mowing the garden. When I have moved in, all the kitchen cabinets, oven, bathroom floors were full of stains and marks. And garden state is quite visible in the photo attached. Then why the seven hells they have charged such a big amount from the previous tenant if they did nothing. I don't recommend this agency and ask to avoid unless you have not any other option. They can only give you pain and stress and nothing else. It was my big mistake to choose this property and agency. Greedy!! Cheap!! Unprofessional!! Unethical!!

8th May 2024 (12 days ago)Thanks to Graham Lee and his top class team, nothing was too much trouble. Even after we had completed, sold and moved we had follow up calls to see all was ok and did we need any help. Class act. They really made the agents we bought our new house through look shambolic and amateurish.

18th Apr 2024 (5 weeks ago)It was the worst experience I have ever had with this company. I’m shocked!! They told me to send them my lease the landlord is interested in your business. I have provided all the requirements perfectly. Suddenly they called me and told me the landlord has chosen another tenant in private apart from the company and has decided to give it to another tenant. I have paid for expenses in lease preparations everything was perfect! I think it is the agents fault !!! But when a property, unit owner r a shop is given to a company only this company can do the renting or selling process… this is a big lie and it’s really a shame for this company..

Jag, Shaaista and the whole team at Tutis Estates have just been a breath of fresh air and a pleasure to work with. Their communication is outstanding and they always do what they say they will do, which is a rare quality these days. Thank you for everything, I really appreciate it.
18th Dec 2021 (2 years ago)INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS BEWARE! This agency is atrocious towards tenants, especially international students because they know they can get away with it. They'll bug you when they want your money but will ghost you and keep you guessing until you pester them when you need their help. They're unnecessarily strict to the point of troubling everyone, even themselves. My landlord wanted to charge us £400+ just for overgrown grass and they blindly sided with the landlord, despite market price of grass cutting being around £100 - £200 max. Had to go through so many hoops and many months of dispute just to get our deposit back. Would give them a lower rating if I could.

First from the viewing to securing the property and I will say they come in highly recommended. I am all excited about moving in and can’t wait to enjoy my new home.????????. As a first-time buyer there were many aspects I was unfamiliar with, but David/Amelia were always on hand to provide support and ensure the process went as smoothly as possible. We had a last minute HMO inspection and she went above and beyond to ensure that all the works were completed prior to the inspection. The result was that we were granted a 5 year license. 18th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We were given ample of time to view the property and Jay was happy to answer all our questions. We made an offer on the property which was accepted and Jay has continued to support us throughout the process. Jay has kept us up to date and has communicated daily to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Jay is a very professional agent and has been brilliant. We would highly recommend Maison Estates!

2nd May 2024 (18 days ago)Another 5 star performance from Campbells.They seem to find the right buyers for the right property that’s why we keep using them.We have bought or sold 12 properties with them over the years.They give a fair valuation with a realistic target price and their approach to marketing is a bit different to other agents but it works.Mark and the rest of the staff work hard to get the right people through the door and when the sale has been agreed they see it over the line. Always spot on.

27th Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I used Bayzos to sell my late mother’s bungalow, I was feeling a little apprehensive about how to go about selling the property and didn’t have much confidence after having visits from other estate agents. Our daughter suggested trying Bayzos as she’d seen their boards outside lots of properties in our local area. I made an appointment and Gary came to meet us at the property. I instantly felt comfortable with him and he filled me with confidence about the sale, telling us what to expect, how much it would cost etc, from then on everything was plain sailing. We were kept updated each week with how the property was performing and had feedback on all the viewings they had. As soon as we had an offer and accepted it we had weekly calls advising us of the progress. Everyone I had dealings with at Bayzos was both friendly and helpful and I would definitely use them again, I highly recommend them if you’re thinking of selling your property.
