5th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)I've brought a few houses over the years - all through another estate agent as their service was great and when I saw a property through Alexanders I was in two minds. However, Laura Pettitt has been by far the best advisor I have ever worked with. She is so prompt with everything, constantly keeping on top of things, precide, communication is amazing, always so happy (genuinely sometimes I just called for an update to get that happiness vibe) and above all her personality. Eve whilst she was on holiday she ensured we were covered with support. She truly is a gem! I've never found viewing, putting an offer in and buying a house so smooth. Laura is a true asset to Alexanders and I really hope she is recognised for her tremendous service.

Having had experiences with others agents in the area safe to say that Middletons went above and beyond our expectations. Paul was very proffesional when valuing our property and managed expectations well. And Julie and the team are very efficient and fantastic with keeping you update step by step. Buying or selling a house can be so stressful, but the team at Middletons made our journey a lot easier and we are forever grateful for that. If we could give 6 stars, we would!

30th Apr 2024 (20 days ago)Absolutely unacceptable service from this letting agency, especially the Nottingham branch. My experience with them was beyond disappointing. They demanded a guarantor, which I promptly provided. After completing the referencing process with the guarantor's employer, they had the audacity to inform me that I didn't pass their affordability test. Mind you, I currently reside in a property with higher rent than the one I was applying for! To add insult to injury, they went ahead and verified the employment of my guarantor without bothering to verify my income or even contacting me or my employer. And then, after wasting two weeks of my time with their incompetence, they had the nerve to inform me that the landlord backed out after accepting a holding deposit. Avoid this agency like the plague if you value your time and sanity. Go with any other letting agent, but steer clear of them. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their clients' time and efforts is appalling !

They were professional throughout but also approachable and worked with us to resolve any problems. The help and support we received were above and beyond what we have had before, and we cannot recommend highly enough.
