Robert Ellis recently helped us with the sale of our home. Within hours of calling, our for sale sign was up and our photos were booked in for 2 days time. Within around 10 days of it going online we had had I think 6 or so viewings and our home was officially sold. The whole process was incredibly efficient and the ladies at the office and who came to our home (Megan, Lauren & Sandra) absolutely lovely and made our first time selling a home so simple and straightforward. A special shout out to Sandra & Megan who had to put up with my incessant calling towards the end of our sale going through (we were eager to get to our new home haha!). Sandra was always happy to chase solicitors more than expected to, and helped us keep everything moving. We were in our new house just 8 weeks after going on the market which is a testament to their efficiency and being up for a challenge!! A big thank you to everyone at Robert Ellis Arnold??

I was an Executer for a house which I put in the hands of the Robert Ellis team in Arnold, who were very enthusiastic and obtained a constant stream of viewings, after several months a sale was agreed and I prepared the house, leaving it empty as the wishes of the buyer, then sadly the buyer’s chain was broken so once again the house was on the market , this time looking very different ,but true to form the team gained a constant stream of viewings eventually securing a satisfactory sale which has now completed.
The team were all very friendly and helpful , Holly and Lauren kept me updated and sorted out any queries I had.

I have given you a five star because I found your Agent Joe waiting for me that is punctuality. He greeted me with my name. Which show he knew whom to expect and that he knew is clients. He moved with me around and shew me the house. That means he was familiar with what he is showing the clients answering all the questions with confidence.
Finally told me if the next step to take as I was satisfied with the property.
