Used connells for the sale of my property, the new manager Ross was polite, efficient and nothing was too much of an issue. Ross made sure the sale was completed without complications and frequent updates were given and reassurance from start to finish.

If I could give a minus score for this firm, I would. I have been in correspondence with Connolls since January 2024 to get a matter resolved with a property that they are supposed to be managing. Unfortunately, I have been constantly fobbed off and been given excuse, after excuse, as to why they cannot progress. It's very apparent that they just do NOT care about the property they manage and the surrounding community. One thing for sure, I will never use them for mine or my family's property portfolio.

Shockingly poor excuse of a Letting Agent. Was sent a WhatsApp video of a property by Shennay and sent several messages to her to view the property that were completely ignored! Eventually got to view the property 2 days before they wanted us to move in..... unbelievable. Property was overpriced and had a bad smell among other faults and has since been advertised with another agent. Avoid these clowns!

Please look for some other option because they make you cry for every single thing and also very unprofessional.
They expect you do everything and drop their commission in the pocket on time. Thank you to manager for being very rude and shennay, Lilly.
Apart from the house key (renting) I received nothing and I have been begging for information but staff working here just don't care. I'm just running in a circle from here to property management and from there to estate agency just for tenancy agreement but they are all saying we are working on it.

I wish I could give ZERO star for the service which they provide to everyone. Starting from the manager who is extremely rude as of he is providing the accommodation for free and then Shennay, Lilly, Nikita and another guy I forgot his name. They just don't care what you are going through and I don't understand why it take ages for them just to complete their work.

Awful service. We’ve been told initially that we will be assessed on a combined income basis where this is always the rule and once the background report returned they said we failed and they assesed on a combined income basis even though we met the requirements. When I had a word with them and once they escalated all of a sudden we’ve been approved. Also for 15 days they were liying about where the keys of the apartment are and they were saying that the key are around some neighbours. Zero communication and awful customer service. They re advertised the apartment without any notice and not even one apology.

As a first time buyer, jack speed really understood that I was someone who would constantly be emailing him or calling his office to get a better understanding of the mortgage documents. I was in close contact with Shennay Jones from Connells during my rental process in the UK. She helped me to understand the letting regulations in the UK along with the rental processes. Renting in the UK for the first time can be quite frustrating when you are new to the country. It is always a good idea to work with someone who is an expert in nativating in such systems where an ordinary person may not be so familiar with.
