So basically I went on the wrong bus and happened to be around there place so I was panicking and crying because I didn’t know what to do so I called my mum but then she answered I told her what was happening and she was shook until one of the people asked me if I was ok which I wasn’t so she took me in and then asked me what happened so then I told her and then some other members started to help but then the man said he would take me back in his car which I am so thankful I say there should be more people like them so thank you

I really don’t understand why this company is positively reviewed. My experience was pretty bad.
I had to chase several times to have my 3 apartments valued. I eventually received a half-arsed valuation without an explanation or follow up call. When I queried the valuation on email, I didn’t get a response.
Their website says they’re “dedicated to providing you with a remarkable experience”. Nothing could be further from the truth.

Multiple complaints about this organisation: (1) accepted vendor's potty requirements to vet enquirers before allowing them to see details of their property, (2) failed to follow clear instruction from an enquirer to remove all record of their details, sending them subsequent advertising email in what would appear to be a clear GDPR failure and (3) beginning that email with the salutation "Hey, [First Name],......."

Fantastic experience, did not disappoint at any stage. We chose Currans largely because we liked their fresh approach to how they market properties. We'd watched how they promoted other properties for several months on Instagram and TikTok, with a big emphasis on video, and we really liked how they work. A great team of professionals who know the Chester housing market well and they delivered for us in record time - 14 days from 1st viewing to exchange of contracts, which we've been told is their new record! Would not hesitate to highly recommend.

Curran's approach to marketing your property is exceptional. From the initial emotionally fueled valuation expectation to the professional market research analysis providing the right value for the property with a strategy to adapt based on captured insights.
Then on to the exceptional photography, videography and drone footage providing superb coverage on numerous platforms and in multiple media format.
The caring support, negotiation approach and regular communication from the sales and purchase, team, Ella, Lucy and Matt, was obvious, clear and timely, providing reassurance that any obstacle or challenge could be dealt with as required. Thank you.
As for Lisa and John they delivered on their promise from day one when we had a head and heart decision to make. Thank you both.

Fantastic experience with Currans Unique . From initial contact with John & Lisa the whole team were extremely professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Where Currans particularly stand out is the quality of their marketing. Beautiful brochures, quality photography, bespoke signage and online presence combines with outstanding video tours that really allow the viewer to get the feel and flow of the property.
This combined to make the while experience very smooth and we achieved a very quick sale at our desired price point. Thank you to the whole team and particularly Ella for all your work.
