Not happy with the current slow service with the flat I'm trying to buy. I'll be withdrawing my other rental property which they're managing and I bought from fox and son due to the current slow service. Not happy!!! And no loyalty.

I was basically verging on homelessness when I met Issy. I had been looking for a flat for 2 months, but there was just nothing on the market. And everything that did come up, went immediately. My landlords had sold their place and were moving back into my flat, so I had to leave. When I viewed my flat with Issy, I was living in an air bnb. She was the first person that treated me like a human being. I told her my situation, applied for the flat, And everything happened very quickly after that. She was even calling me to remind me to sign documents, Which my ADHD really appreciated. I will be eternally grateful for that ????
