I was luckily helped by Jamie. Why luckily? He was quick and efficient, both answering my mails or calling me but especially dealing with the landlord and the paperwork. Unfortunately an emergency brought an animal on my side so the landlord had to decline our offer after we have been accepted, nonetheless, Jamie was very good at service he provide me. Handling the situation with professionalism. He was the best!
