amazingly helpful staff that are friendly and kind! Jack has been such a great help while house hunting! He has made a usually stressful process so much easier! Trying to finding a home in the year 2024 almost felt like an impossible joke, but thanks to the honest, straightforward, and incredibly helpful service provided by agents Jack & Demi, it became a quick, smooth and stress-free experience. From the moment I reached out to them with my inquiries, they went above and beyond to assist me at every step of the way. They patiently addressed all my questions and concerns as well being very transparent on providing clear intention on how the landlord was planning to do with property and genuine did they best to tailored to my needs as a first-time renter. Moreover, Jack and Demi's willingness to assist didn't end once the paperwork was signed. Terrible Service - Do NOT use! Used YourMove Wallington to let a property. At the beginning Staff were lovely, however that soon changed. Completely incompetent, passive aggressive and frustrating as I had to often chase them up - not to mention they are ridiculously expensive.
