5th May 2024 (28 days ago)Capital Estate Agents Bromley are undoubtedly the best estate agents we've ever worked with. While we were in South Africa, my wife and I had everything sorted—work contracts, visas, finances—everything a landlord could hope for. However, as soon as estate agents heard we were moving from overseas, they would end the call. Out of 30 people we contacted, only Capital Estate Agents Bromley, specifically Ryan, took the time to speak with us. We recently had a second viewing with Derek, which was handled very professionally. They always dress impeccably and speak well-pronounced English, which is quite rare these days.

She remained positive and proactive throughout and continuously provided re-assurance and good advice at all times. I would imagine that our purchasers are equally impressed with her service to them as much as we are to ourselves, as it was her tenacity to make the sale/purchase happen that got us all through this otherwise very stressful sale We have now used Emma and her team twice now and I can't imagine a situation where we would ever use anyone else again, even if we were trying to sell/buy in the Shetland Islands ! Emma and Robert Leech are a wining team and a team that you will want on acting for you, sale or purchase Highly recommend ! (Again !) 100% commitment and quality of Service.....Always !
1st May 2024 (5 weeks ago)Extremely disappointed with the service provided by Foxton Despite extending our tenancy contract, they have informed our utility providers and council to close our accounts, resulting in unnecessary hassle and inconvenience. This level of incompetence is unacceptable and reflects poorly on their professionalism. It's disappointing to see them stoop to the level of local estate agents who resort to deceptive practices. Improvement is desperately needed. Our agents were Reisse and Salonee.

28th Mar 2024 (9 weeks ago)I had tried another EA previously who were full of empty promises, I moved to Paul and the attention to service was superb, he helped at all stages including visiting the property to fix various items and ensure it looked great for visits by potential buyers - the property was sold within 10 weeks - thoroughly recommended dont try others just go to Folklands - great service

Buying a property is super stressful, but their whole team made the process a lot smoother. And I want say a special thanks to Hayleigh, honestly the most sweet and helpful person I ever met, doesn’t matter what was the issue or question she would always be on it, she always made sure we would get all the answers, so we could know what was happening throughout the entire process. I have been in this process before, and I always had to chase people to get some answers and was not smooth at all. I definitely recommend everyone, if you want to have an amazing experience buying/selling this is the right agency for you

I truly wouldn't recommend anyone else and I can't thank them enough. Initially, I'd signed up with a well-established estate agents (B*M) last summer. They were rude, unhelpful and ghosted me as soon as I signed a contract. They said I wouldn't get what I had hoped for, and they never bothered to arrange any viewings. After a month of silence from them, I ended the contract and lost hope. A few months later, I did some research and came across Livin. Jason and Leon were professional, honest and upfront. The marketing was fresh and sleek. The photos (and video) did a great job of selling the place and highlighting the positives. The team organised an open house viewing and I received multiple offers within a week of it going up on the market. Not only that, I got more than I had hoped for. If I still lived in South London, I would absolutely list a future property with them again. They are trustworthy and professional and I can't stop singing their prasies. True selling-superheroes! Thanks, guys.
