It was not an easy sell but he kept me up to date all the way through the process and did an awesome job to keep the pace up when it went to solicitors. Highly recommend.

After a difficult relocation from abroad, along with two young babies, the team was incredibly attentive, and had an understanding of our specific needs. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. I was lucky enough to have the lovely Jake and the absolutely super Marianne advising us. They put us at ease, and made the transition as smooth as possible. If you're looking for an estate agent with a human and personal touch, I would 100% recommend. A now very happy tenant :)

18th Apr 2024 (6 weeks ago)Excellent service. The price may be higher than other estate agents in the area but you are paying for their expertise and knowledge of Hoddesdon. Our property was initially priced at a value we wanted but it was recommended that we reduce a little at a strategic time in the holiday which resulted in many viewings and eventually the fast sale of our property. The solicitors they recommended (Juno) are also incredibly fast. Very impressed with the team at Hoddesdon. Thank you all for your guidance and professionalism you took the sting out of selling our home. Highly recommended
7th Mar 2024 (12 weeks ago)We cannot rate Winkworth highly enough! Our first engagement with Ahmet who valued our property and once agreed set us on our way to getting our house on the market. Ahmet clearly knows his stuff and was a pleasure to deal with being honest, non pushy and as well as getting heavily involved in preparing the house to go on the market. This included meticulously making sure the photography sold the property in the best light. (Winkworths high quality photos were one of the key things that informed our decision to approach them). Whilst Ahmet remained in contact throughout we then mostly dealt with the fantastic Hetal. The service we got from Hetal significantly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to get our property sold and was constantly engaging with us by phone or via a WhatsApp group she had set up with us. Queries were answered almost immediately and never at one point did we feel that we were not high on her priorities. We really can’t speak highly enough of the service we got from Hetal who is a credit to Winkworth. Thank you to all of the team for a truly fantastic service in what was at the time a challenging market. We wish you all continued success!! Sarah and Joe

We had initial viewing with Jane, who was incredibly friendly and helpful by answering all our questions about the property and submitting our offer. We continued and completed the process with Claire, who was very professional and diligent, helped us throughout the process and resolved all of the issues we encountered. Thank you all!

6th May 2024 (27 days ago)Tasked with finding the right estate agent to market and sell my parents' house I met six agents, but for a variety of reasons I couldn't settle on any of them. Then I met Nicky at Hamptons and instantly felt she offered the professionalism and support I'd need. It wasn't because she gave the highest valuation of the house. On the contrary, Nicky's valuation was actually the lowest (but as events proved, the most realistic). But at that first meeting I felt she knew the local market inside out, and possessed the well-honed instincts that only deep experience can bring. Some people just radiate "trust me, I know EXACTLY what I'm doing". I assumed her team must be similarly great, and I was right. Everyone seemed to have a hand in the process, but Mark took the lead and was exceptional in both his constant communication (no detail of the process was too small to pass on to me), and his counsel whenever we encountered a wobble or needed advice. And from everyone at Hamptons, warmth and humour to make a tricky process a little easier. To anyone looking for the right estate agent to help you buy or sell, you'll find them at Hamptons in Whetstone. Like many other reviewers here, I can't recommend the team highly enough.

They took our property from another agent who did nothing and gave us a no nonsense service with a straight forward aim to sell. These guys know what they’re doing. Thank you to the team for all your efforts selling our house.
13th May 2024 (20 days ago)Rude and unprofessional. Lettings team could do with some training and customer service skills. Asked one qualifying question (If I will be using social welfare benefits even after I said we are both fully employed), and told me (in condescending voice) that they will contact me if they have available viewing times. Of course they didn't... And a note to person responsible for copy/paste your typical response: "Sorry to hear that you are not happy. Can I ask what this is regarding so I can see if I can help"... don't bother. Train your staff to treat people with respect.

Had the pleasure to speak to Daniella Who has been by far the best Agent that I have spoken to during my property search. She effortlessly asked me all the right questions, took a keen interest in my search and helped me arrange the needful. After all of this she mentioned shes actually in Sales and not in Lettings. That didnt stop her providing a great service! Regardless of sales or lettings I would definitely recommend contacting Daniella!

17th May 2024 (16 days ago)After engaging with several agents we chose Element to represent us for the sale of our house in Wood Green. The two main reasons for this were (a) George came very well prepared with detailed notes and resources that backed their valuation along with a thorough sale strategy and (b) there were several things said that made it clear that they understood the area and the market as they aligned perfectly with our experience of buying this property 5 years ago. It proved to be an excellent decision as we were able to find an excellent buyer within one month. While their commission rate wasn't quite the cheapest offered it certainly justified given the standard of service throughout the process from photos/advertising to completion.

While the process of buying can be very stressful with lots of ups and downs, Fiona did her best to have our backs and helped move the process along at crucial points in the journey.
