The Acorn team, namely Godefroy Herissay have provided an excellent service from inception through to exchange of contracts. My sale had several complications (through no fault of Acorn) and Godefroy was very diligent in navigating through it all. My flatmate and I have been really happy with the service that Damian has provided - it feels like he truly does care and we were sad to realise upon moving in that he won’t be our property manager! It’s always the case with good employees that there aren’t enough of them to go around. He has been incredibly responsive at every stage of the letting process, keeping us updated and helping us with any questions we had about the logistics (we had a couple of complications with the moving date but he was honest with us and did his best to help us from the start). I only wish that every estate agent had this kind, helpful attitude! Moving can be incredibly stressful around work (we both have very high intensity jobs with long hours), so we appreciate his support hugely. I hope that he gets the recognition he deserves (and that others follow his example)

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Godefroy. I have been working with both him and the Acorn group for over a year. The sale of my flat and purchase of my new apartment was plagued with so many problems due to unhelpful freeholders in my building. Godefroy was constant with his support, patience and understanding. Having him help me was, what got me through the stress. He never once put any pressure on me, was always there to answer questions and even after the completion has checked in on me with genuine kindness. I plan to never sell again, but if I did, Godefroy would be the person to go to. 10 out 10 for everything. Thank you Godefroy, you are a life saver. Good luck with your future clients. They will be lucky to have you as their agent.
