Excellent service. Cannot recommend enough. I dealt with David primarily and Abbie and they were absolutely wonderful at making me feel less stressed by keeping on top of the whole sale and keeping me up to date at every step of the process. We bought our first home this year with support from AK. AK was extremely professional, efficient and thorough. He helped us secure a larger AIP amount as we were inputting some financial information wrong. When we found the property we wanted to buy, AK went above and beyond to not only secure us a good rate, but also followed up meticulously with the sellers estate agents, sorting a few issues with the paperwork required really promptly, which allowed us to go from offer accepted to move date in less than 2 months. AK also sorted all out insurances out for a great price and fantastic levels of cover. He was always at the end of the phone for my endless list of first time buyer questions and I could not have been happier with the service. If you are questioning whether to use a broker, definitely do as it has made our buying process a breeze. Could not recommend enough and well worth the fee. 10/10.... Read more
