We had a very good experience with Andrews here in Jan/Feb '24. Kinga and Sameer responded to our enquiry swiftly enough on the same day and we arranged a viewing. The viewing was relaxed and not pushy. Our questions were answered and the ones they didn't know they said they would work on. The process from previous experiences was welcome when completing their form and they were quick to respond once it was submitted. The follow up validation process online was good too. We managed to get good response, patience when needed and communication opens at all times. Ben gave us a call too in their absence and was a little nervous about transfer deadline but once discussed he was supportive. A big thanks to Kinga for getting us a revisit to measure and assure ourselves of what we had previously seen and now we had signed.
