When it came to selling my house it has been an emotional journey, made so much better by everyone at Applegate Properties.
My Mum had the house built and we moved in in 1969. Despite living in different places in the UK, Australia and New Zealand, this house was always home to me.
I started the selling journey after my Mum died, with an online estate agent, which obviously did not result in a house sale. When I rang up about things, I never spoke to the same person twice and the whole process was extremely frustrating.
When the contract ended, I had decided to go with an local Estate Agent, I did a Web search and found Applegate Properties and I am so glad I did. The experience has been like chalk and cheese compared to the online agents. The entire process has been clearly explained to me by Claire, Haley or Amy.When I have rung up for anything. They have taken the time to explain and listen. Selling my house has been a difficult and emotional time but I know that it would have been much worse without everyone at Applegate Properties. Thank you so much.

I have been dealing with Applegate over the last few months and have moved into a new property bought through them today.
The experience has been very positive, I had a few difficulties with my mortgage broker and Applegate dealt with the delay very professionally.
My main point of contact was Hannah who was very friendly and great to deal with.

Claire and her team were brilliant, they always made sure we were upto date on progress and any enquiries were dealt with as soon as possible, nothing was too much trouble.
There was always a member of the team ready to assist and always with a friendly manner.
