April are listeners and grafters. We had a really rubbish buyer with a previous agent, and we thought all was lost, but one night walking past a for sale sign, we noticed Aprils branding. We then looked at their web page, their social media and we thought to get in contact. We first met Erik, who was calm and confident. He let us go with how we wanted to market the property and it really didnt work out. He then flipped the tactics and within hours the calls flew in and we had an offer within 2 weeks. Through the sales processes, we hit a few rough points, but April persevered, pushed and advised which really got us to the completion line. An excellent letting Agent. Highly efficient. Very thorough in vetting prospective tenants. Ensure rent is collected and paid on time. All staff are fully committed and always available to contact. Esen who is the main manager of my properties is particularly helpful. She has a charming personality and keeps in touch with the tenants.
