BM Whetstone have handled the sale of our house and been an absolute pleasure to work with through the process. Cameron was our first point of contact and really helpful in getting our house listed quickly, and the whole team (Barney, Christian, Graca, Shaz) worked around our schedules to manage viewings. Unlike other agents we have worked with in the past, each BM agent was fully briefed on our house and able to offer a personalised tour and helpful insights to prospective buyers. Akill was very patient and helpful in securing our mortgage and handled the process seamlessly. Barrie was instrumental in working with solicitors and agents up and down the chain to ensure that we moved to exchange quickly; he really went above and beyond in keeping all parties regularly informed and managing any issues that came up, which meant that our stress was minimised and we felt very taken care of throughout the process. We could not be happier with BM and highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell locally - we have tried other agents in the area, and BM are a class apart.

Everything from the initial viewing to exchanging has been incredibly delivered by the highly professional staff at Barnard Marcus Whetstone. The purchase wasn’t the smoothest based on external factors but the staff at Barnard Marcus, especially Chris (Christian) was extremely helpful and kept me updated throughout, always polite, professional and knowledgable. Barrie the senior Branch Manager was also incredibly kind and helpful. Couldn’t ask for more, I really felt like a valued individual, more than just a buyer of a house! I was allowed to view the house multiple times throughout the process and no ask was too big, each and every time we spoke or interacted was a real pleasure. and once ready in the future, I will be reaching out to them again!

It took us almost two years to sell my late mother's house with Barnard Marcus, we had so many difficulties (none of which were caused by the estate agents), but first Barrie and then Barney could not have provided a better service. They were always supportive, helpful and professional, and friendly, always going the extra mile to try and keep things on track and make sure everything was okay. Truly a five star operation in the Whetstone branch.

I am very disappointed with the attitude of the agents at this branch. I received a proposal to view an apartment for sale on a specific day and time, which I confirmed via email, and the next day no one showed up. I only wasted my time. No apologies from the person I had arranged the viewing with.
