We use top-of-the-range Matterport kit to produce compelling 3d tours, and for the right properties use video including aerial/drone video to really show them off. We believe in the quality of our marketing of your property, and in the service we offer - and so there are no long tie-in periods.

We sold our property through Belvoir and we’d make the same choice again. Due to long and painful chains that kept falling apart (nothing to do with Belvoir!) the whole process took over three years and Tim and Anne-Marie had to market our property 4 times. Each time, they were responsive, very professional, and found us a buyer quickly. Tim was also completely understanding when we took a break after our third loss, gave us some good advise for how to go back to market a 4th time and the whole team were lovely to deal with.
