Fabulous service. Despite unexpected delays, everything was handled in a totally professional way with diplomacy, tact and humour to get one house sold and another one purchased, and together we did it! A great experience with a lovely team. From start to finish they were professional and a great help when answering our many questions. Matt was our initial contact for the purchase of our new home and Dawn was then our Move Manager. Both were fantastic in their roles and really very helpful. I am a buyer and not a direct client of Brockenhurst. People at Buckland Parade were easy to deal with and accomodating. Nothing too much trouble when arranging first and second viewing. Having had the offer accepted, their progress chaser, Dawn, was highly professional, knowledgable and empathic. She didn't just fight her corner, she also worked to try and keep me informed and was sensitive to my needs as a buyer. She played a key role in keeping the chain together and united in the face of external influences. I am sure that if/when I come to sell my present purchase, I will go to Brockenhurst at Buckland Parade.

We all know the reputation that estate agents have, but I'm pleased to say that Brockenhurst continue to buck this trend! I have much appreciated their continued care, attention to detail and customer service since their first approach when in Spring 2023 they facilitated the sale of my house on Sherfield Park. My previous estate agent had been fine until the house was under offer, but then I needed to do all the chasing, whereas Brockenhurst called me each week to update on progress and were proactive in ensuring that the buyers and their solicitor was doing what they needed to.
More recently, and on account of their previous excellent customer service, a fellow Executor of a late friend's estate and I commissioned Brockenhurst to market her apartment. The property market has not been great and so it has taken much longer than was ideal to sell the flat and so we are both grateful to Dawn and Matt for their persistence and care to enable us to have - at last - now completed on the sale.
I remain very grateful to Brockenhurst for their excellent service and am pleased to be able to continue to endorse them as a business seeking to establish themselves better in Basingstoke.

To mat ,Sarah and the team we just want to say a massive thank you for what you have done over the last couple of months and getting us over the line and at times being a little stressful due to the circumstances we were put in what a path we went on we are loving the new house yes it our dream house and will be our forever home can't not believe how we moved in four days that a record alone and packing up two bungalows my father in-law is a big kid right now and feels like he won the jackpot he so happy to be with his family due to the mount of time he has left on behalf of my father in-law he will like to say a massive thank you and giving that time he needs with his family what a story to tell in years to come take care guys on behalf of us thank you .

Once the purchase had been agreed, they just ghosted us. Phone calls requesting updates were always met with 'we'll find out and call you back shortly'. They never called back, ever. I don't feel like they did much to help the transaction go through - in the end we were getting information from a different estate agent further up the chain who we had used for a sale recently (thanks to Property Explorer!), and I know my sellers were doing the same! I am glad I never have to deal with them again quite frankly.
