We had a probate flat to sell with a number of hurdles to overcome, including its poor condition, necessary lease amendments etc. The sale process to a property developer was very much enhanced by Jamie's dedicated professionalism, tenacity and the good communication we had throughout. As an Administrator on my late brother-in-law's estate, I do not live locally and knew that the property was being expertly handled by Jamie and his team. I would thoroughly recommend Bryan & Keegan Estate Agents based on the high quality of customer service that we received.

Jamie, Ellen and Michelle are exceptional estate agents, both professional and friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure a successful sale and exchange; from the initial viewings to managing a very long and sometimes challenging chain.
Jamie is calm and collected and was completely un-phased by the various challenges during conveyancing, never accepting failure as an outcome.
Communication was clear throughout and whilst they were acting for us as sellers, they were also in close communication with our first-time buyers to guide them through the process.

All of the staff at the Brockley Branch are delightful. Well informed, punctual and polite. Plus they came to us with local knowledge of local people which enabled us to received a very positive offer with a month - and this included a two week holiday period! No mean feat. We cannot praise more highly Jamie and his team at the Crofton park office. Jamie is the most OUTSTANDING estate agent, he works relentlessly to keep a chain together, mediate and chase outstanding issues. Not only is he a lovely guy, he goes above and beyond, is always contactable, and is upfront and honest with sound reasoning behind his advice. The valuation was bang on, as we sold at asking price very quickly and their rates were the most competitive too! If you are looking to sell your house, do not hesitate to get in touch, we could not have done this without him!
