I chose Burgoyne Estate Agents for lots of reasons, local to where I Live, they know the area where the house I was selling, they have been selling properties for a long time and they are a family business which I believe in. But they really went that extra mile when I gave them the challenge of selling my house and home. They did everything they promised and kept me in the loop and Jemma really took all the stress away from me so that I could carry on my life and left everything to the team.
I really loved the dashboard app that told me everything I needed to know once my sale was progressing and at anytime I wanted I went into the office with no appointment and Jemma, John and Lyn always had time to talk to me, I would definitely use Burgoynes again to handle a house sale and recommend them to everyone! Well done Burgoynes keep up the good work.

If you are thinking of moving in the New Year I thoroughly recommend this small, family run, local company to help you through the process. Based in Heavitree with parking nearby they have extensive knowledge of the Exeter area , listen to your requirements and act professionally and with integrity. We sold and bought our present home recently and the support we received from John and his team throughout was invaluable.

Outstanding. A great, local team that communicates well, is driven, and very easy to deal with. They clearly care about what they do and have their clients in mind. The rate of commission was very competitive and the team very much earnt it, during a very challenging period in the property market (they re-sold my house due to a buyer pulling out, and got more the second time round). Very grateful to John, Lyn and the team for their patience, for being a driving force in the chain, and all-round top notch service!
