As far as estate agents go, Chappell and Mathews are pretty decent. Although there was a miscommunication with the deposit company which delayed our tenancy start date, Zainab, Emma, and Dan worked very hard to get us into the property only a day later.
Zainab, Emma, and Dan have been prompt and efficient in dealing with the few issues that cropped up at the start of the tenancy and have been helpful and friendly throughout.

My partner and I have recently started renting a property through Chappell & Matthews and throughout the whole process, we have never felt so comfortable and reassured by such a great team. The company kept us informed and assured, making it easy for my partner and I. Special shout out to Daniel for providing such excellent customer service all the way, Chloe for a great end-process (also got a lovely Welcome Gift Box with lots of vouchers and essentials when collecting the keys), and Zenab for being so helpful and offering further support when we called up on the long bank holiday weekend. Couldn't recommend more!

After 6 years of renting with various agents in Bristol I can honestly say renting a flat with Chappel and Matthews, specifically with the assistance of Dan, Chloe, and Emma, was an absolute pleasure and I cannot recommend another agent in Bristol as much!!
From the moment we expressed interest, their professionalism and dedication shone through. Dan, Emma and Chloe ensured a seamless rental process(even at the end of the tenancy!!) they kept the exceptional attention to detail and timely communication experienced throughout.
Their combined efforts made the entire process of moving in/out stress-free and enjoyable.

I had an exceptionally smooth experience with Chappell & Matthews as my lettings agent. The process of finding a suitable flat for my needs and transitioning into the new home was made easy. Dan, in particular, stood out as a star; he was attentive, helpful, and friendly throughout the entire process. Any questions or issues I had were promptly addressed, and next steps were made clear at every stage. The fact they went above and beyond with the inventory, providing extra services, and more made moving in Bristol significantly less stressful than it could've been. If I were to rent again, I would definitely choose Chappell & Matthews.
