The downend agency particularly Kayleigh were amazing. They go out of their way to help you in whatever way they can. Kayleigh even called the home office for us to try and sort out a right to rent problem we were having which was very kind and not really part of her job. We are very thankful for all her help. Unfortunately the other side of the team the referencing and financial offices which are in Worcester. They are so hard to get hold of on the phone and they messed us about with bad communication and moved our moving in date 3 times which left us homeless for some days. So it was really appalling. We can’t praise the downend office enough but I think some of the Worcester office in the campions group need to be fired as we know it wasn’t just us that they were messing around.... Read more

Landlords & Tenants - AVOID! We originally signed our tenancy agreement with Lets Move who offered a great service. Then they got bought by Chase Buchanan and that's where our problems started... We reported a mould problem throughout the flat and nothing was done about it. The carpet and walls were damp to touch and it wasn't until we got an independent inspection that we learned the place was riddled with mould mites. This explained my partners asthma condition worsening considerably. On the very rare occasion they did reply to our polite and reasonable emails we got a blunt, unhelpful response often written in a defensive tone accepting no responsibility. After almost a year of living in these conditions we decided to cut our losses and managed to find another flat to move into. This involved having to replace a large proportion of furniture as we did not want to take the mould mite infestation with us, costing thousands. To some up their unprofessional approach to letting they tried withholding our deposit to go towards fixing the damp issue. Our deposit was quickly returned when we suggested going legal. We are now renting through Taylors who cannot do enough to help us and the whole process feels a lot more professional.... Read more

Don’t like to leave a negative review but after dealing with Hannah West and securing a property we received a very vague email to say we had failed referencing therefore the property was being re marketed. There was no indication as to why we failed, and on pressing further she could not find any actual records of us failing. At this point we have lost faith in the estate agents and just want to move on, and request our holding desposit back as the law states if they cannot provide a reason for failing within seven days (they didn’t) it must be returned on the seventh day in full. It’s nearly two weeks now and nobody answers their emails or picks up the office phone. We could only get through to the manager at the Trowbridge office who agreed it’s not on! Such a shame, we will be filing a complaint unfortunately.... Read more

I’d recommend Chase Buchanan to both Landlords, tenants and anyone looking forward to buy a house. Their services is so great, there’s effective communication and they’re responsive. We haven't needed to have much dealing apart from sourcing new tenants periodically, which they have done efficiently. Our flat was on the market for a long time before selling - the staff have made suggestions along the way as well as respected our thoughts until we secured a buyer. SHAMBLES OF A BUSINESS - I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I implore you not to use any of Intire’s services. Intire owed us £1300 for 6 months from a rent reduction after we moved into an uncleaned, damp property with a fallen through living room floor. They failed to answer countless emails about mould and damp issues - after 4 months finally providing 2 x 15cm high dehumidifiers - which surprisingly did not solve any of our issues at all ….. The staff are frankly incompetent and are unable to pick up the phone to communicate - relying on email chains to cobble together contractors, leaving us to chase money owed to us and repair works. After living in bitter university housing, I thought my standard of living may start improving. Intire have succeeded on lowering the bar even further - cementing the fact that a majority of letting agents and property management businesses don’t care for, not only students but for any of the population. Intire were fair and transparent with me from day one, responding quickly to any queries/issues and always being friendly during inspections.
