We recently used Connor Malcolm in the sale and purchase of our old and new home. From first meeting with David he made us feel so comfortable, that there was no question on which solicitors we were going to go with. First impressions really do matter. David was so friendly and communicated with us through the whole process and let us know our valuation so fast. Once our house was put on the market we were being looked after by Erin. Who was just amazing, she kept us updated with any viewings or responses we had and helped us find a buyer so quick and get a fair price for our house. Once we had an offer accepted we then moved onto the legal stage and dealt with Fiona and Scott. Fiona kept me updated and answered any questions I had and was happy to chase anything up for me. Fiona was happy to pick up the phone to discuss things rather than email so it was so efficient and got things done faster. Scott then made the legal process so smooth and fast it was completely stress free for us. When we met with Scott he explained absolutely everything to us we needed to know and on our move in day he had all the funds cleared by 10am which was amazing. I’m still amazed how quick and smooth this process was for us and it’s all down to the team at Connor Malcolm. They are amazing at what they do!
