A Butterworth
Cooksleys have been great when selling our 2 bedroom end of terrace house. Our agent Jaz came round and took pictures and the house was on the market within 24 hours. We got a weekly report about statistics from Rightmove, and Jaz kept us up to date about interest and potential viewings. We accepted an offer within a week of it being listed. Mary was exceptionally helpful towards the end of the process when nearing exchange and completion, and I'd like to thank her for her determination and updates. I really don't think it would have happened when it did without her. Thank you.

From the day I first met Duncan to view the property to the day the sale was completed I cannot praise more highly the staff and management of Cookley's. A special mention goes to the Sales Negotiator Daisy who attended the viewings and kept me abreast of developments leading to the sale. In addition when the sale was stalling due to legal technicalities between the solicitors Daisy was instrumental in resolving the impasse. Daisy is a star and a credit to her employer.
