I have used Cope and Co for at least 25 years, from when they were Professional Properties. I have dealt with Simon Joyce each time I have had a property to rent and in my opinion they, and he are without doubt the best letting agents. Simon has been so helpful and knowledgeable, also extremely professional. I have nothing but praise for Simon and the rest of the team. I highly recommend them.

I was seriously impressed by my rental consultation with Simon Joyce. Simon clearly knows the Derby rental market inside out, and offered so much advice and insights. The market appraisal he sent me was superb, and he was a pleasure to meet and deal with throughout. I’m still debating whether to self manage or use an agent, but if I do use an agent it will definitely be Cope & Co!

Very friendly and professional. The agent that showed us round was friendly and knowledgeable and the agent that processed our offer was likewise and went out of his way, staying late (only a few minutes but it's the principle that counts) to tell us that our offer had been accepted.

In good faith I contacted them requesting a viewing of a property they were marketing on Rightmove. No one spoke to me but they sent a fairly intrusive list of questions including financials. After doing so I was told I would have to take a credit check with a Company I have never heard of, I couldn’t verify this was genuine because on one answered the phone. I did this but was so concerned I emailed Cope & Co to see if they were scamming me. It was 24 hours before they came back to me. I no longer wish to view their property or ever to deal with them again. If I was a potential tenant or landlord I would steer well clear.
