He was very helpful, honest and relaxed with out viewings, negotiations with the vendor and helped us speed things through. Communication with him and the team was really easy, no issues at all. Absolutely fantastic company!
Had to deal with so many estate agents over and over and these are by far the best. So friendly and helpful. Shout out to Sarah jackson who has been a God send, has been a beacon of information regarding personal things, got all the damp sorted in my property and even gave us free wallpaper for our sons room! ???? couldn't be happier with the service. Amazing people who work there. Literal angels.

I have had many dealings with different estate agents over the years and I can honestly say Craven have been the most professional and easy to deal with to date.
This year I have mainly dealt with Hannah and she has been extremely helpful and very obliging, nothing is ever too much trouble and she goes above and beyond.
I have recommended them to many friends and family who have also been very happy with their service. If I could give them 6 stars I would.

The staff have always been polite and helpful I would definitely recommend Craven for a letting agent if your looking for rental.
