I had the pleasure of working with Lauren recently who facilitated my house sale for me.
From the moment she walked through the door I knew I was in safe hands. Lauren could not have been more enthusiastic about the house that she was sure she would sell for me for the best price!
Lauren was professional, courteous and knowledge, ensuring all of my questions were answered and she was on hand day and night (even on a Sunday!) to help with any query I may have had.
Lauren provided feedback from viewings quickly and within a week, she sold the house for me.
As if Lauren wasn't fantastic enough at selling my house, I also then viewed a property CW had for sale and Lauren (despite it not being her vendor), met me to show me around knowing the position I was in. She did a great job of answering all my queries about the property and I loved it so much I offered on it there and then.
My offer has since been accepted and Lauren was the first person to congratulate me on the purchase of my new home.
I honestly cannot say anything but good things about Lauren. Sometimes these things can feel like a business transaction, just going through the motions to get to the end result. With Lauren, it felt like I had a friend supporting me with what has been at times, an emotional situation personally. They say selling and buying houses is one of the most stressful things you can do, but with Lauren it has been nothing but an enjoyable experience. Lauren, thank you for everything you've done for me. I will be sure to recommend you to EVERYONE!

CW Estate Agents in Winsford have exceeded my expectations they were very warm friendly and helpful. Moving house is a stressful experience, and when I needed some kind of positive on my stressful day of moving this family run business stepped in and helped me beyond what I would expect.
On my day of moving they ran keys to my old house I had just sold.
My father's car had several items that we had loaded to take with me, unfortunately for me his car chose to break down.
And so not only did the estate agent run keys to my old home he then ran me to my new home.
And then handed me a large goodie bag with everything you could possibly need, cleaning products, toilet rolls, and teabags coffee and even a bottle of cava and shortbread biscuits.
Talk about go the extra mile it's a pity there not all like this.
Fully recommend these CW estates if you want to reduce some of your stress while moving home.

We recently sold our home with CW Estates and I can highly recommend Nic and the team. Within two weeks the house had been valued, amazing photos taken and we were live on the market! Within another two weeks the house had sold! From start to finish Nic and the team went above and beyond, lots of updates and it really took out the stress of moving. Super friendly and helpful team where nothing was ever too much.
On completion day Nic even gave us a goodie bag for our new home aswell as the buyer, the little things make a big difference so thank you for that and helping us keep our sanity. We now live in our forever home, however if we were to move again we wouldn’t hesitate to get in touch with CW Estates to help us! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Me and my partner initially come across a property for sale on Rightmove and instantly fell in love with it. The only problem is that we hadn’t even put our property on the market. After calling CW Estate Agents to see if we could view the property we’d seen and explaining current situation, they encouraged us to still take a look. If it was something we’d like to progress with, they’d help get our house on the market. Within a week after the viewing, our house was live for sale on the market picking up viewings straight away. Fast forward a few months later and we are now in that property we instantly fell in love with and also, had sold our old property with the help of Nicola, Tom & the team. It can be a stressful time selling/buying a property but CW Estate Agents made it almost stress free with the small things such as, always being able to pick up the phone and communicate (sometimes even during late hours!), instant feedback on viewings from the property we were selling and constant updates on where things were up to with the sales. We’ve both sold and purchased a property using CW Estate uAgents and I would recommend using them to everyone.

We had a great experience with Nicola and rest of the team at CW with whom we both purchased and sold properties. Our house was expertly advertised, receiving a great deal of interest, then sold VERY quickly.
The team then worked hard to help find the perfect property (for us!) to purchase.
Staff were friendly, reliable and supportive - especially during the few difficult moments we personally experienced within our chain. The team were readily available to talk us through the entire process offering solutions and reassurance.
Nicola means business and she'll get the job done, tactfully and professionally... and that goodie bag on the day of completion - a God send!
