I am very happy to have sold my flat through the team at Dexters in Bloomsbury. Selling my home was both nerve-wracking and exciting and I feel Dexters was the right choice for me. I spoke to multiple agents before deciding that Michael Keating had the right balance of optimism and pragmatism to secure a good sale. Some other agencies gave me other estimates and either very negative expectations or unnervingly optimistic that left me cautious. I was selling my own home and felt that each viewing of my private space was because they had a genuine potential buyer rather than just bringing anyone and everyone into my bedroom. Ultimately a smooth sale went through that showed Dexters had given an accurate and appropriate presentation of the property prior to the offer being made. Lok Chan dealt with the successful buyers and, as with all the sales team, he was both efficient and charming in all matters.
