Our search for a rental property began in January, well in advance of our contract ending in March, to facilitate a smooth transition. While our offer was accepted and contracts were signed by all parties involved, our experience with Dexters was marred by significant miscommunication and lack of professionalism. Despite our proactive efforts, we were only informed four days prior to our scheduled moving date that the tenant refused to vacate the property. This lack of timely communication and transparency, particularly from agent Lucy, made the situation incredibly challenging for us. Regrettably, Lucy failed to provide any viable solutions or demonstrate basic professionalism in handling the matter. I cannot in good conscience recommend this agency to others based on our experience. Potential clients deserve better.... Read more

My partner and I have been looking for a place to let and Onur has been a superstar in this process. He was funny, polite, easy to talk to, and never pressured us into viewing a home that we weren't interested in, going above our firm budget, or sacrificing any of our must-haves. He was also communicative, both over email and phone, and made sure to advocate for our needs. An appalling service in the agency where we were treated with dishonesty, from the estate agent Jack to the agency manager Jamil. We had given an offer on a property that was accepted having been told it would be put off the market, meanwhile the agency carried on with the viewings in the two weeks where we were getting our admin in order. They then informed us that a better offer was accepted after the two week period. Effectively, we were gazumped. We had to physically go to the agency to get some answers as our emails were met with silence. We addressed this with the director who told us to bid for a higher offer! When we addressed this in the agency, we were met with utter dishonesty and cowardice. Be very wary of this agency.... Read more
