I cannot recommend Dinsdales Estates enough. This was my very first time renting a property, and the Dinsdale team made it as painless a process as possible. The entire team was extremely supportive, friendly and pleasant to speak to. They were very communicative, which was a huge relief as I was anxious coming into this. As for the property itself, they cleaned and repainted it for me, and even left it warm for me on handover date! Speaking of handover date, they gave me the cutest little house warming gift box. Me and my cat are so happy with our new home! The only thing left for me to say is a HUGE thank you to everyone in the Dinsdale team for everything, especially their professionalism and making me feel taken care of and supported. The world needs more honest and friendly companies like this.

As an experienced landlord, but a newbie to working with an agent, I have already benefitted by handing the reigns over to Dinsdales. A plus is the online system of reporting repairs but still having an input in the process. Now it is a much more chilled experience, since handing over responsibility for the whole process: of advertising, securing new tenants, on-going rent collection and repairs. Yvonne's help has been invaluable. Now just have to get accustomed to relaxing!
