Extremely poor experience and lack of professionalism. Had a viewing booked for 4 pm today. I notified the estate agent that I would’ve arrived 10 mins late, and it turns out the estate agents not only could not accommodate a really short delay and do the viewing at 4:10 pm instead, but they couldn’t have done 4 pm either due to staff constraints and poor communication with the property management agency. And they made it seem like it was my delay that was the issue, when actually 4 pm wouldn’t have been possible from the start. However, what is most upsetting to me is that they only called to inform me when I was on the train already to go and see the property - a 4 hour journey. And after the day before the viewing was confirmed again over the phone. So it’s honestly beyond comprehension to me how a short delay could be met with such intransigence. The viewing would’ve lasted more than 10 minutes anyway - this is just ridiculous.

We have just sold our home with Raistrick, and we can't thank them enough for their care and helpful guidance with the sale. The team at the office and Steve really had a lot of time for us, and really helped the process go so well. We're moving abroad now, but if we were staying local we'd definitely be choosing Raistrick! thanks again

Duncan Raistrick are always available to take your call 7 days a week. We have also been able to contact them through Facebook out of hours and they have resolved our issues as soon as they can.

My sale hasn't yet completed but I have a buyer and Duncan Raistrick have been great so far. From the day I got in touch, Steve made himself available asap, has answered emails at 9pm and has shared the viewings with us. Great communication from him and the office and no issues.

Twice now I’ve phoned about properties advertised on Rightmove, only to be told in a very abrupt manner ‘sorry, it’s sold’ (over a week ago in this instance, apparently, and it’s STILL not been marked as sold). I shan’t bother again. It’s a shame though, we are wanting to sell 3 properties also, and I’d heard good things, but being treated poorly as a buyer has lost them my business as a seller.
