Sarah was thorough & it was because of her excellent experience & drive that we were able to move into our family home. Excellent experience with Ensum Brown from initial visit through to completion. Fraser was professional and friendly and we were really pleased with the marketing of our house. The photos and videos were of a high quality giving an accurate feel for the house before anyone even stepped inside. All viewings were conducted without any hassle to me and the offers came in quickly. The whole process has seemed effortless but I know this was not the case with much work going on behind the scenes - thank-you all! Sarah was excellent following up any queries that arose. Communication throughout the process was superb and I think this is why Ensum Brown really stand out. I would thoroughly recommend Ensum Brown if you'd like to sell your house.

We recently sold a property through Ensum Brown and I would highly recommend them. They were proactive in bringing numerous prospective buyers and once the sale was agreed, they kept us informed along the way. Unfortunately, the buyer’s solicitor was spectacularly incompetent and the whole process took the best part of a year!!!! Sarah helped keep me sane throughout the process and held it all together!! If you’re thinking of selling with them - don’t hesitate!!!

We recently used Ensum Brown to sell our flat. For various reasons the exchange/completion was slightly delayed but Fiona Payne always kept us up to date with progress and was always on the other end of the phone when we needed to speak with her.
All members of the Ensum Brown team that we spoke to were always very helpful and professional. I would recommend them to anyone wishing to sell their property.

We recently used Ensum Brown to sell our property. They were very responsive and understood our particular requirements. When we needed to update details or adjust the price they were very quick. It was also nice to be able to call them to discuss and plan our sale. It was probably the worst time to sell in the last few years so we all had to quickly adapt and react.
Once we had accepted an offer we were handed over to the sales progression team and in particular, Sarah. We did have several issues during the sale prior to exchanging contracts and Sarah did her utmost to ensure we were kept informed throughout. When we needed to vent our frustrations over various things that were beyond our, and their, control, Sarah was always professional and showed great empathy.
Overall, a great company to work with.
