Caterina has been absolutely amazing, on helping my flatmate and I finding our next home in London - in such tough times. She took all our criteria into consideration, and although the right property for us didn't come available yet, she is keeping an eye on the market and making constant follow up, which is reassuring, not to mention her availability to go into the properties, prior to viewings, to record videos, which always speeds things up.
