Michelle and her colleagues contacted me weekly to give me an update on progress which I really appreciated. Absolute rollercoaster of a purchase, anything that could go wrong did; but through it all, HVH were there to support us, kept us updated regularly without chasing and were just such lovely, friendly and professional people to deal with!
