One of the best decisions I've ever made going for Igloo to sell my house. I had heard they were great, and they certainly did not disappoint. They sold my house in 6 days for more than I expected. Stress and worry weren't even a thing when it came to selling my house. The Agent Abby was unbelievably knowledgeable in the processes and she was just so reassuring on questions I had which kept me at total ease.
Also any time i phoned and she was busy everyone else in the branch was so nice and helpful. Oh she also was very good at getting back to me. Love that! Big tick!
I would highly recommend Igloo Hamitlon. Great experience! If there was a 6th star they would get it!

When the valuer first came to see our property we were very impressed and excited by his demeanor, he was very enthusiastic and he promised us he could get us top market prices and that he would have “no problem” in selling our home. We quickly found out that Igloo don’t phone you to inform you that you have a viewing as we had people turning up to view our home when we were unaware and not ready to have a viewing. Also days would go by after we did have a viewing without Igloo letting us know how it went or even that they were having trouble contacting the viewers. It took 6 months for us to sell our home, with us phoning Igloo several times to discuss lowering the price or changing something in our property. Not once did anyone from Igloo phone to discuss how we could sell the house quicker. In the end we lowered our asking price by £15000 and sold it that morning. Had there been a more accurate price put on the property, or Igloo had called to explain that the market was fluctuating then the property would have sold quicker and we would have been able to look at new properties rather than still making mortgage payments on the property we were in

We would like to thank the Hamilton branch for the exceptional service they provided. The team went above and beyond to assist us in securing a very quick sale. Special thanks to Stacey Rae who initially valued our home and got it on the market while we were on holiday. Alan Barbour kept us fully informed on the progress whilst we were away and Abby Gilles was so helpful and efficient when dealing with our queries. We had 9 fabulous offers today all above the home report valuation and our home was sold in one week.

Can't thank Stacey, Alan and the rest of the team af Igloo enough with their excellent help and fantastic service with selling our home.
From our initial consultation with Stacey at our home, our expectations were set and all of our questions were answered.
The team were then very helpful and patient with us, accomodating our personal circumstances before we eventually decided to put our home on the market.
Once we went ahead with the decision, Igloo's photographer Derek was out within a few days and took fantastic photos of our home.
After the home report was complete, our advert went live and we were very impressed.
We were then kept fully up-to-date by the staff at Igloo with regards to booking viewers.
Thanks to the team at Igloo, our property recieved a fantastic written offer within 8 days of the advert going live.
I cant thank Igloo enough for their help and fantastic service.

From the very first phone call with Abby I felt at ease and we chatted, I had no idea things would go so well or so fast .
She arranged for Alan to come out he looked around my flat and said yes this will sell no bother I had the photographer in and within 5 days my property was sold and for a good bit more than the home report read, I had no idea the difference it would make by going with Igloo they were marvelous and now they are helping me looking for my new home
