As someone who has had less than stellar experiences with estate agents in the past, working with Richard from Jigsaw was a breath of fresh air. Recommended by my sister, I approached this collaboration with cautious optimism, but I was pleasantly surprised from start to finish.
Having dealt with unresponsive and impersonal agents before, I was delighted by Richard's commitment to excellent communication. He was always just a call or message away, promptly addressing my concerns or questions. It starkly contrasted my previous encounters and instantly put me at ease.
What truly set Richard apart was his ability to combine professionalism with genuine friendliness. Unlike past experiences where interactions felt transactional, Richard made me feel valued and understood. His approachable nature and willingness to engage in friendly banter made the entire process feel more human and less daunting.

Jigsaw were an absolute pleasure to deal with, from start to finish. They helped us sell our home and it was sold on the first batch of viewings, at asking price! Jigsaw is the go-to estate agency to work with. They have unquestionably set the bar high in terms of overall client interactions and a rigorous focus on finalizing deals. We specifically worked with David, who was responsive, kept all parties on track and informed, and helped alleviate the stress of purchasing a home. After dealing with them, there's no other estate agent I'd choose over them.

Chris Oakey was absolutely fantastic. He couldn’t be more helpful, and was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of our sale. He was always one step ahead of any potential problem, which made our selling experience completely stress-free.
He also managed to make us a good profit from our sale which, in this current market, was incredible!

From the beginning of our meeting with Chris I know he was the person I needed to help me sell my mum’s house. We did meet with other agents, but he stood out for me. He was very considerate of my feelings with selling the house right the way through. We appreciated his honesty and transparency throughout the entire process.
I can’t praise him enough. His experience and deep understanding of the market was invaluable. We dealt mostly with Chris but the whole team were very professional, helpful and kept us informed every step of the way. Chris was able to secure the top price for the property in a very unstable and competitive market.

Richard at Jigsaw estates was brilliant from the start where we met viewing a property he had on the market. He really took the time to understand what we were looking for, for our next home and to honestly assess the property and how it could/could not meet our requirements. In fact the presentation of the property and professional manner in which it was shown lead us to choose Jigsaw when we decided to switch agents for the sale of our own property. Again Richard went out of his way to present our property to its best and although it was a tough market and few viewings he still got the valuation and the prospective purchasers the right ones for us to receive an offer. Richard then came up with exactly the right house for us having remembered what we were looking for from our initial meet. So we were fortunate enough to have Richard involved in both the sale of our existing and purchase of our next property. Communication was great throughout the whole process and we were kept up to date and well informed regularly on how the process was going. Having not moved for 20 years it was helpful to be guided of next steps throughout the conveyancing process. We were always recommended a number of solicitors, surveyors, removal companies etc. and they were all spot on. Richard was only too pleased to take the time to show us our chosed property on the many viewings we made pre and post offer. We also viewed some other properties with Jigsaw where we met Chris and Nina who were also very professional and knew the market and housing stock extremely well. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jigsaw to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a property.’
