We can't recommend Kingstons highly enough. This is the second transaction we have used them for, and they have been wonderful both times. They constantly monitor progress, kept us informed and were proactive throughout. On several occasions they went above and beyond to progress and then to complete the sale. There was no aspect of their service we could fault them on.

I found Caroline and Jackie extremely helpful. I had been looking for my perfect property for over a year. I had dealt with many estate agents in that time and I found that Caroline made me feel at ease and had helped me from start to finish. She was professional and re-assuring. Jackie answered all my texts and emails with professional curtesy and made me feel comfortable in dealing with all the paperwork. If I was unable to get the answers I needed (as in timescales etc) then both Jackie and Caroline became my first point of call. Nothing was ever too much trouble. I am grateful to both of them in helping me find my house, putting a reasonable offer in and finding some good solicitors. The bottle of Bubbly and lovely card was a very personal touch that was appreciated.

Selling your home is often labelled amongst the most stressful life experiences one can have, however, Phil and his team have been exemplary in making this experience as smooth and calm as possible. The one thing that makes selling more stressful is communication or the lack of it. In the case of Phil and his team they got this spot on. We always felt listened to and heard and informed. Shocking estate agent, quick to phone you when it suits them but when you call them to make an enquiry they either palm you off, or are out of office and never return your calls when you leave a message. Shambles of an estate agent.
