Saroush Prado looked after us unbelievably throughout from liaising with our vendors and their solicitors to helping and liasing with our buyers and their solicitors. I cannot put in words how incredible it was with him guiding us through a difficult and bumpy ride. He was always at the end of the phone. Just fantastic.

Unfortunately I have had the worst experience with Neilo working at the branch of Holland Park. She lacks professionalism and respect. I came across a property that I was really interested in, when I called up to arrange a viewing on Thursday 23/11/23 to see the property (let alone the fact that she was yawning on the phone saying that she just started but it sounded like she just woke up) her first comment was “this area is very luxurious and we do not rent it out to people like that” I said sorry what do you mean? She repeats herself saying that these kind of properties are only let to people that know what they are looking for..! It actually raises HUGE concerns about how discriminatory and disrespectful this lady is. After telling her that I have already had two viewings the previous week at the exact same building, her next comment was “oh really?”!. I was available to view the property on that same day, she told me that she was fully booked on that day, so I asked her if any of her other colleagues would be available to do the viewing, she replied saying that she is the only one managing this property and that it is not possible for anyone else to access the property, she added saying that the property is tenanted and hence we will not be able to view it on the same day, however other people have still managed to view the property on that same day and placed an offer for the property and the offer was accepted by the landlord already!
Conclusion is the property is gone, she was not honest nor professional because on the other hand, her other colleagues Jack and Laura were extremely friendly and beyond helpful, they answered all my questions and were happy to offer alternative properties when Neilo was looking to remove me from the system as the property was gone. I really want this to be looked into, I hope that a manager would listen to the first phone call I had with her on Thursday 23rd November to see how disrespectful she was to me on the phone.
I am very disappointed and frustrated KFH.

Claudio and Salvatore did a fantastic job selling my flat. When the first buyer fell through (no fault of theirs) they were super quick to find another and their communication throughout was excellent. I felt I was in very safe hands from the get go. I also really liked how professional and helpful they were with my buyer, who was relocating from the US. Super job all round and would recommend.
