Linnea gave as the best service any estate agent could have ever done!
My mother was looking for a flat recently as she wanted to downsize and Linnea and KFH were the only estate agents that took their time out and actually suggested properties based on her requirements. All other estate agents never followed up with us but her. We were very happy with the way she communicated with us and how Linnea took care of the process End-to-End. I really recommend and would love to work with her again soon!

I was looking to rent a property for a friend in the UK whilst living aboard and was trying to get this done within 1 week which normally would be a tough ask but, Linnea was fantastic from beginning to end. I've been in the industry for 25 yrs and Linnea is by far one of the most charming agents I've dealt with, give her a promotion, agents like her are like gold dust.

Finding a property in a new country can be daunting, but thanks to Linnea and the Kingston team at KHF, my experience was smooth sailing!
Before I even arrived in the UK, Linnea sent a video of the property. Then, once I landed, she arranged a physical viewing at my request. The entire process, from that first glimpse to making an offer and moving in, was handled efficiently and professionally.
The whole Kingston team was friendly and approachable. They were always available to answer my questions and guide me through the renting process quickly and seamlessly.

Great team here, found a lovely place thanks to Holly Witherington!
She was extremely professional, polite and friendly - always replying to our emails quickly.
Throughout the whole process: arranging the viewing, showing me around the property, following up with the offer and finalising the tenancy agreement, Holly has been an absolute pleasure to work with.
We're tenants, and our initial enquiry was regarding a property different to the one we're moving into now, she had suggested alternative properties - which is great because this one is much nicer.
Final thanks again, finding a place has been stressful but Holly and the KFH team have definitely made it easier!

We originally had our property on with another agent for 3 months, with only a slow trickle of viewings, price reductions, no offers and a frustrating lack of communication.
We spoke to a few agents when looking for an alternative and felt like Will really listened to us and wanted to help (unlike the others who felt very pushy/salesy!). His communication throughout the whole process has been excellent. Always willing to answer questions and give advice and guidance through what is quite a stressful time! Whenever we spoke to anyone else at KFH, they were also super helpful too.
I would highly recommend using Will as your agent if you are looking at buying/selling - thanks Will!
